These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at vestigelabs.ai (the “Site”), operated by Vestige Labs LLC (“Vestige,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational preview of products that Vestige is developing, together with a waitlist you may join to be notified when they become available. The Site does not currently sell any product or service, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell one.
Descriptions of Vestige products on the Site are forward-looking. Product names, features, availability, pricing, and release timing are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a product, guarantee access, or create any obligation for you or for us. Any products that launch will be governed by their own terms presented at that time.
Content on the Site, and the insight products Vestige is developing, are designed to provide pattern-based, probabilistic perspectives for your personal reflection and information. They describe patterns and likelihoods — never certainties or guaranteed outcomes. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind, including career, financial, legal, medical, psychological, or relationship counseling. Significant life decisions are yours alone, and you should consult qualified professionals where appropriate. Vestige makes no representation that any insight, score, or assessment will prove accurate for your individual circumstances.
By submitting your email address to the waitlist, you confirm that the address is yours and you consent to receiving emails from us about product launches, early access, and related announcements. You may opt out at any time using the link in any email or by writing to legal@vestigelabs.ai. Our handling of your email address is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Site and all of its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the underlying analytical methods and technology of Vestige products — are owned by Vestige Labs LLC and protected by intellectual-property and trade-secret law. VESTIGE™ and MAP WHAT REMAINS™ are trademarks of Vestige Labs LLC. No license or other right is granted to you by these Terms or by your use of the Site, and you may not use our trademarks, copy our content for commercial purposes, or attempt to derive our methods, in each case without our prior written permission.

The Site relies on third-party providers (for example, for hosting and form delivery). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestige Labs LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vestige Labs LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Vestige regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
