This Privacy Policy describes how Vestige Labs LLC (“Vestige,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the website at vestigelabs.ai (the “Site”). We keep this simple, because the Site itself is simple: it is an informational page with a waitlist.
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We use it for one purpose: to contact you about the launch and availability of Vestige products, including early-access invitations and related announcements. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation of any kind on your part.
Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure generates standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request. These logs are used only to operate and secure the Site. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors. All fonts and assets on the Site are served from our own domain, so viewing the Site does not send your information to third-party font or content networks.
We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site, each of which processes information only as needed to provide its service to us:
We retain waitlist email addresses until our launch-notification program concludes or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in the ordinary course of operating the Site.
You may at any time ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask to be removed from the waitlist, by emailing legal@vestigelabs.ai. We honor such requests regardless of where you live. Every email we send to the waitlist will include a way to opt out of further messages.
The Site is intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site is operated from the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Site, you understand that your information will be handled as described in this policy.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited information we handle, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for all Site traffic. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how we use waitlist email addresses will be communicated to the waitlist directly.
